Here’s what’s included:
Disassembly
Four-stage Cleaning:
Warm water soak
Chemical bath & internal brushing/scraping (if needed)
Ultrasonic bath (valves, caps, & slides)
High-Pressure cleaning
Replace felts, springs, and corks with custom parts (as needed).
Minor dent removal
Lubrication** and reassembly
Play Testing, Valve & Slide Adjustments
Polishing
** I use Al Cass valve-oil and Spacefiller slide-oil in my shop. If you use some other brand of lubricant, please include a bottle of your oil & grease in the case.
